An email signature for real estate agents
Buyers and sellers often save an agent's email and come back to it weeks later. A clear signature means they can call you, check your license and find your listings without searching.
Make your realtor signature — free →What to include
- Name and title, for example "Realtor®" or "Licensed Real Estate Salesperson". Use the wording your license and brokerage allow.
- Brokerage name. Many states and countries require it to appear next to your name in advertising, and email counts. Check your local rules.
- License number, if your jurisdiction asks for it. Put it in the job title or department field so it stays on one line.
- One phone number people can text. Add the office main line too if clients call it.
- A link to your listings or your profile page in the Website field.
- A headshot. People remember faces better than names. SignaturePro Pro hosts the photo so Gmail and Outlook show it.
Keep it short
- Four to six lines is enough. Long legal text belongs on your website, not under every reply.
- Use a single button for your main call to action, such as "Book a showing". The Banner template (Pro) has one that also works in Outlook desktop.
- Skip animated images and many social icons. They make mail look like a newsletter and some clients block them.
