How to add an email signature in Outlook
Every Outlook version accepts a pasted HTML signature. SignaturePro builds signatures from tables and inline styles, so they also hold up in Outlook desktop.
Create your Outlook signature — free →Steps
- Outlook on the web: Settings (gear) → Account → Signatures. Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…. New Outlook or Outlook for Mac: Settings → Accounts → Signatures.
- Create a new signature and give it a name.
- Paste into the editor with Ctrl+V (Windows) or ⌘V (Mac).
- Choose it as the default for new messages and for replies/forwards.
- Click Save (or OK).
Tips
- Outlook desktop may show round shapes as squares. That is expected.
- If you use Outlook on several computers, add the signature on each one unless your organisation syncs signatures.
- Images must be hosted on the web; Outlook blocks embedded images.
